SEMINARIOS FEFA SOBRE PROMOCIÓN DEL FLAG FOOTBALL

FEFA prepara una serie de seminarios de promoción del flag football para la creación de equipos de club y equipos escolares. Dichos seminarios podrán realizarse a final de esta temporada y durante la próxima. Será la primera formación específica sobre promoción, y sus contenidos tratarán desde la idea de un grupo de personas de jugar a flag hasta la vertebración de un equipo, así como también los pasos a seguir por los clubs para crear equipos de edad escolar.

Los contenidos están basados en la experiencia  acumulada desde los primeros programas en los años 90 de NFL Europe (Dragons de Barcelona), Flag Acció 2008-12 (FCFA) y programas de clubs en colaboración con escuelas.

Contenidos de los seminarios (4 horas aprox.):
.
1. DIAGNÓSTICO sobre la situación del football y el flag football en España, tendencias de futuro(1h)
.
2. COMO CREAR UN PROGRAMA: Planificación, el tiempo, "los 5 límites", objetivos a marcar.(1h)
.
3. EL PROGRAMA ESCOLAR. El sistema deportivo escolar en España, el contacto con las escuelas, tipos de promoción eficaz, vinculación escuela-club.(1h)
.
4. SESIÓN PRÁCTICA: Como hacer una sesión escolar (45´), tipo de actividad, edades, juegos, material.(1h)
.
Todas las territoriales, clubs y personas interesadas deberán contactar con flagfootballspain@hotmail.com y proponer día, horas y espacio, ya que el seminario se hará allí donde exista la demanda y la inscripción dependerá del número de personas asistentes.

TRIBUTO AL FLAG FOOTBALL

Durante estos días siguen las ligas catalana y portuguesa, también ha empezado la IV edición de la liga de Madrid LMFF, después de la 1ª jornada Camioneros de Coslada va en cabeza. También se ha disputado un torneo amistoso en Mutxamel (Alicante).
Por otra parte queremos hacer un pequeño homenaje a los jugadores y jugadoras de flag football en Europa. Si observamos la imágen número 3, podemos ver las caras jóvenes y las ganas de jugar en la liga portuguesa. Nuestros amigos portugueses nos pueden decir "puedes encontrar mejores campos de juego para la foto", obviamente, ya lo sabemos, conocemos la muy digna liga portuguesa de football (www.faportugal.com), pero queremos expresar la dificultad de encontrar campos de juego en países donde el soccer está muy extendido, los jugadores compensan estas dificultades con increible espíritu y energía. Esta imagen demuestra que la expansión del football (flag y tackle) es imparable.
Chicos, es un honor para nosotros compartir este maravillosa afición con vosotros.

FLAG Y PRIMAVERA

Durante estas semanas siguen las ligas catalanas open, under 13 y under 15. Por otra parte en Madrid  ha terminado la liga "Series Smilodons", una nueva competición que ha revolucionado el panorama del flag en Madrid. En la jornada final, Armadillos se impuso en el torneo y la clasificación final de la liga ha sido para Capitals A. Felicidades a Smilodons por la iniciativa y a todos lo equipos por participar. En las ligas de la Federación catalana FCFA, el Instituto Pere Vives de Igualada va en cabeza en las ligas U13 y U15, haciendo honor a la gran tradición de flag de esta escuela. En la LCFF Open, Dolphins de Mollet aprovecha su velocidad en el juego para liderar, por el momento, la liga. En Portugal Titans va primero en la clasificació en esta nueva e interesante liga del país luso.

CATALUÑA, EMPIEZAN LAS LIGAS 2013

En estas últimas semanas han empezado las ligas catalanas de flag (LCFF 2013) organizadas por la Federación catalana de futbol americano (FCFA). En esta edición hay record de equipos inscritos (27) con la participación de 15 equipos para jugadores menores de 15 años, repartidos en dos ligas, U13 (alevín) y U15 (infantil). Estas competiciones han visto formarse a jugadores y jugadoras que actualmente juegan en equipos de tackle del máximo nivel y selecciones nacionales o incluso en el World team (IFAF). Felicidades a la FCFA por su trabajo!. Por otra parte sigue la 1ª , e interesante,  liga portuguesa, suerte chicos!

FOOTBALL: INDIA Y BRASIL (PROMOCIÓN II)

Como amantes del football y practicantes de este deporte fuera de los Estados Unidos, siempre tenemos la curiosidad de saber qué está pasando en nuestros paises vecinos, en Europa, en Sud América, en Asia, etc. Nos interesa saber como sus sociedades encajan la llegada de un deporte relativamenete "desconocido", y conocer cuales son las claves para que el football se expanda con "éxito". Aunque somos conscientes que la misma estratégia que puede funcionar en un país puede fracasar en otro por sus diferencias culturales, sociales, económicas...
.
La implantación del football va en paralelo, en muchas ocasiones, con la mejora de las condiciones de vida  de los paises y con el desarrollo de sus clases medias, como por ejemplo en estos últimos años en Brasil y la India. El football ha llegado a estos dos países pero de dos maneras radicalmente diferentes y las dos merecen nuestro respeto.

La India con una población de más de 1200.000.000 de personas es un mercado enorme para los deportes. Se ha organizado, como iniciativa comercial norteamericana, una liga profesional!, www.efli.com  (Elite Football League India) con 10 equipos franquicia (todos creados en 2011), repartidos por 3 paises (India, Bangladesh y Pakistán) con miles de kilómetros en desplazamientos, cobertura televisiva, esponsors conocidos y grandes estadios. Es una apuesta muy fuerte desde el punto de vista comercial y los medios USA han prestado atención al fenómeno, revista TIME, CNN...En Europa esto recuerda un poco a la NFL Europe, una apuesta muy fuerte desde arriba que todavía divide a la gente del football en Europa sobre si fué una bendición o una piedra en el camino para las federaciones de football europeas.

Por otra parte en Brasil, hace tiempo que juegan a flag football, incluso había una proto-liga con partidos de football tackle (sin protecciones!!), desde hace 2 temporadas se organiza la LBFA (Liga brasileira de futebol americano, www.lbfa.com.br) de 12 equipos divididos en dos grupos Norte y Sur. Este tipo de clubs son pequeños, como en Europa la mayoría de sus jugadores (por no decir todos) pagan por jugar, a veces estos clubs están vinculados a clubs deportivos de soccer u otras disciplinas, los partidos se juegan en campos pequeños pero va mucha gente a verlos y los europeos podemos identificar perfectamente la estructura y funcionamiento de este tipo de organizaciones, ya que son muy parecidas o iguales a las nuestras, donde la fuerza está en la gente local, jugadores y seguidores.

Construir el Football desde arriba, o construir el football desde abajo, ustedes pueden elegir y el tiempo lo pondrá todo en su lugar. Mucha suerte para las dos ligas.

TOWERS CAMPEÓN EN GALICIA

Siguen las competiciones de flag. En la liga gallega, Towers de la Coruña se ha proclamado campeón tras 4 temporadas de dominio de Trasnos, queremos dar la enhorabuena a todos los participantes de la liga que siguen construyendo el football en Galicia desde los cimientos, la AGFA está preparando la 1ª Liga gallega de football (tackle), suerte!. Por otra parte se han disputado la 5ª serie Smilodons en Madrid y la 2ª jornada de la liga portuguesa. Estas próximas semanas comienzan las ligas catalanas con 27 equipos inscritos (U13, U15 y Open). Tenemos notícias de un nuevo equipo en Madrid, Madrid Templars.
